After they showed us our future house, we were on our way back to our apartment and they called us to let us know that someone else put an offer on the house. We had expressed good interest in the home so they let us know we should make an offer ASAP. They gave us all the information we needed to know and helped us out every step of the way. The Dual Agent structure was a bit awkward on occasion, although we never felt it was a disadvantage to us. The initail virtual Internet tour was an excellent way to start the process and was sufficient for us to make an offer right way. There were still many trips back and forth from Louisiana, although this seemed to be more of a burden for the Seller. Without the online Internet support, this transaction probably would not have happeded.
