Chassy was incredibly responsive and willing to educate on every little thing. She made the first time buying a home feel so much less scary and daunting. Chassy and Ron also pointed out details in a home that they knew I might look over and let me decide how to feel about them!

I choose to have them as my realtor because they we so prepared from the minute they walked into my home. They explained everything so I could understand and showed me on a spreadsheet what I would get from different offers. They always let me know what was going to happen next and told me they had my back and they surely did. They put my house on the market friday and it was sold by sunday which totally blew my mind.

We ran into some challenges with the first house that we put an offer on and they walked us through that and helped us decide that it wasn't the best house for us, which turned out to be a really good decision! We are still struggling with the first seller even though we found and bought another house, but they have been working on it while we have been enjoying our new house. Chassy and Ron really went to bat for us. They gave us an honest opinion on properties and made great suggestions. When it came to negotiations on the houses we looked at, they worked hard and were up front about the process. They also went over the inspection report throughly and answered any questions.
