Chassy has a great attitude and years of market experience in the area which made pricing the home easy and getting a great offer super quickly! She helped to do a final cleaning and setup of the house and coordinated the clearing of the two feet of snow dumped on us right before the pictures were taken when I couldn't be at the home. Although the home ended up selling for less than the listing price, it was through no fault of hers and she was a great reassurance throughout the whole process who's lines of thinking very much matched my own. Among the three properties I've sold, although this wasn't the easiest, it was the best experience due to her support. She will be my go to realtor for future endeavors!
