I normally don’t write reviews, but for this experience, it was a must. Ron Pollard blew me away with his confidence and knowledge of the housing market and details that came with every property. You hear stories of realtors who try to push you toward a house or “sell you” on a house and Ron was far from it. As we would walk through house Ron was not only pointing out the beauties of the home, but helping find any defects, underlying problems, or things that could use some work. Not once did he ever try to persuade me toward a house, but rather went above and beyond to make sure I was fully aware of anything that the house may throw my way if I was to put an offer in on it. He was always available and ready for any house we wanted to look at. After finding the right house for me, Ron not only went out of his way to ensure that I got the best price for my home. He also made sure that the stuff I wanted fixed on my home inspections were taken care of and insured that a home warranty was added to my home.
