I was so impressed with her knowledge, and even the inspectors and the loan officer were impressed too, and couldn’t recommend her enough. I love that she’s super straightforward and will give you honest answers and the best information that she can in order for you to get a home that works for you. She is also very efficient and a great communicator! She set up a search for us, and edited it every time we found that something wasn’t working for us. We were only looking for about a month before we were able to find our home!

I’ve worked with Chris on multiple deals prior to this sale. Each experience has been great, so I felt confident partnering with him again. This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, if you work with Chris and his team, you can feel confident they’ll look out for your best interests and watch out for you every step of the way.
