When it came time to negotiate, she advocated for me and helped me navigate the process without making me feel pressured.

Chaz followed up with another agent whose clients had marked the house as a favorite and invited them to walk through. They loved the house and made an offer. Had Chaz not worked so hard we might have still been trying to sell. 110% effort from Chaz got the home sold.

Nick was very patient with me and walked me through the whole process, and made himself available just about 24/7. What I really appreciated was that he communicated well with me. He would make knowledgeable suggestions about how to respond to buyer inquiries, often based on my preferences, but always reminded me that the decisions are up to me. For example, he suggested an initial price on the house I was selling, and I decided to go a bit higher (and ultimately got a higher final offer). He also sent charts that broke down the offers that came in so I could better understand what I would get out of the deal after fees etc., and gave me an idea of how this sale ranked among other sales in the area. I lived 2 hours away from where the house was being sold, and so I couldn’t get there to do anything in person. So, what stood out to me was how Nick checked up on the house, did some minor work on it, and kept my mind at ease.
