About Allison

After graduating college, Allison began working in public health and education. Her first goal after securing full-time employment was to purchase her first home, all on her own! She found a Beaverdale bungalow with an adorable enclosed front porch, hardwood floors, arched doorways and a wood- burning fireplace. She purchased this home on her own and loved her first experience in the real estate world. After meeting her husband Dustin, the two would spend hours discussing their goals and vision for the future. Many of these conversations involved discussion of having careers in real estate. With a passion for helping others and a love for real estate they knew this is what they were meant to do. With faith, Allison has followed each door as it has opened and now has experience with flipping houses, acquiring rental properties and guiding people through the journey of buying and selling their homes. Because her real estate business is a family business she enjoys leading by example and involving her kids so that they can learn about serving others, having a strong work ethic, setting goals, decision making skills and finances. Allison also enjoys cheering her kids on in all of their activities (there’s a lot), reading, spoiling the family dog and making memories with family and friends. I'm Rachel - a licensed Realtor in the state of Iowa and Interior Designer. I have lived in Iowa all of my life. I graduated with a BFA in Interior Design from Iowa State in 2005. Then, I worked as a DJ at Pulse 101.7FM for just under 10 years before pursuing the flipping industry with my ultra-talented husband. We had been flipping houses for a few years when my husband suggested that I get my real estate license to assist in our efforts. During the licensing process, however, I realized how much I would enjoy working with clients to help them with such important life stages and decided to focus on my new endeavor full-time. Excellent service and help for out-of-state buyers

Dustin was extremely helpful and was a great communicator, making it feel as stress free as possible for a out-of-state search and purchase. He helped walk us through the entire process to let us feel comfortable and provided great recommendations along the way. We enjoyed the entire process working with Dustin, even months after the closing!

The Best Decision We Made in Selling Our Home

We couldn’t have asked for better realtors! From start to finish, they were attentive, great listeners, always on time, and truly hustled to get our home sold. They went above and beyond every step of the way while being thoughtful of our entire family, including our kids and pets. Dustin even had a spider man marketing ad to show our home - so creative and fun! Most importantly, we trusted them completely throughout the process, and they made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and supported. Their dedication, communication, and genuine care made all the difference. We would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home!

Dustin and team did an excellent job for us. They were very knowledgeable on the process and market.

Dustin's approach was very supportive throughout the process. He provided the details of what the market is doing and what he felt the price range was for our home but he always asked for my thoughts. Also, when the inspection came back there were 6 very minor things needing fixed. Dustin negotiated with the buyers agent on a few of them to allow me to do the repairs instead of a licensed contractor. The were minor in nature and had nothing to do with HVAC, plumbing or electrical. All in all, I would highly recommend Dustin and team. Great people to work with!
