When I retired to Ames 10 years ago my daughter and son in law connected me to Christian. He handled my purchase. As a resident of Ames for many years he knew the area and how the neighborhood was evolving. The marketing plan included what I would call "launch" dates for the realtors and for potential buyers to begin seeing the home. He knew what things needed refreshing. I moved to my new home so we could thoroughly clean the spaces with no furniture in the way.
