When I retired to Ames 10 years ago my daughter and son in law connected me to Christian. He handled my purchase. As a resident of Ames for many years he knew the area and how the neighborhood was evolving. The marketing plan included what I would call "launch" dates for the realtors and for potential buyers to begin seeing the home. He knew what things needed refreshing. I moved to my new home so we could thoroughly clean the spaces with no furniture in the way. And have freshly painted walls so buyers could envision the property as their space with their things in it. Several realtors previewed the home when it was opened to them. I was out of state for at least half of the building process, and Christian was absolutely invaluable — regularly visiting the home during construction, sending photos and updates, and making sure every detail stayed on track. Anytime I had questions or needed something handled, Christian was available, responsive, and proactive, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the build.
