Christian helped the reviewer sell this property

He knew the history of the property and neighborhood during my ten year ownership.

When I retired to Ames 10 years ago my daughter and son in law connected me to Christian. He handled my purchase. As a resident of Ames for many years he knew the area and how the neighborhood was evolving. The marketing plan included what I would call "launch" dates for the realtors and for potential buyers to begin seeing the home. He knew what things needed refreshing. I moved to my new home so we could thoroughly clean the spaces with no furniture in the way. And have freshly painted walls so buyers could envision the property as their space with their things in it. Several realtors previewed the home when it was opened to them. When potential buyers began touring the home some offers were presented. Christian and I viewed one offer as particularly outstanding. I accepted that offer and the new owner recently closed on the property. I am aware of properties in Ames that have not moved quickly. The paperwork required to properly list a home has become much more involved since I had purchased the property. Hiring an agent, specifically Christian, is an excellent investment. He was responsive and had the required staging, photography, and social media tools to quickly market my house.
