I was feeling defeated by the housing market and another realtor. So I thought what the heck, anything has to be better than what I’m doing now. By 5:15, that same day, Matt was on the horn and messaging me back VIA TEXT! We were moving from the QCA to DSM area so getting to showings would be difficult but again Matt raised up to the challenge and offered to do a virtual showing for us! By that night we had an offer put in and accepted! As our timeline continued, there was never a hiccup that Matt couldn’t scare away. He’s so very knowledgeable, kind, and super down to Earth. He eased all our worries and if there was something he didn’t know, he was quick to find the answer. In the end, Matt made moving from one metro area to another SEAMLESS.
