When I retired to Ames 10 years ago my daughter and son in law connected me to Christian. He handled my purchase. As a resident of Ames for many years he knew the area and how the neighborhood was evolving. I was out of state for at least half of the building process, and Christian was absolutely invaluable — regularly visiting the home during construction, sending photos and updates, and making sure every detail stayed on track. Anytime I had questions or needed something handled, Christian was available, responsive, and proactive, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the build.
