When I retired to Ames 10 years ago my daughter and son in law connected me to Christian. He handled my purchase. As a resident of Ames for many years he knew the area and how the neighborhood was evolving. He was responsive and had the required staging, photography, and social media tools to quickly market my house.

It was a neat relationship as he helped me buy this home years ago and helped me sell this home.
