I have been so blessed to have worked for many clients that I now consider friends. They truly are my definition of success. Personally I was born and raised in Des Moines. After living in Los Angeles and Seattle for a number of years I moved back home to help my aging parents. It was a very blessed circle of life decision and one that I will never regret. I stumbled upon real estate and realized this was the perfect career for me. My business was mine to create I could be very successful or not so much. The decision was mine to make. a shining star Making what can be a stressful time a lot less stressful used her to buy and sell

Let’s face it… Having or needing or wanting to move, can be complex and stressful. Kristal has a unique and in-depth understanding of the process that allows you to breathe easy and count on her guidance… We used her to buy a new house and to sell our old house… She made lots of quality suggestions that allowed us to realize when we sold our house a end sale number a little higher than expected… As for buying a house, Kristal really listen to our needs wants and desires to help facilitate an outcome for our new home to be genuinely a perfect fit… Would absolutely recommend her whether you were buying or selling a house

We love Sarah!

Buying and selling a home is a real rollercoaster, and she helped calm our nerves. She was available whenever we had a random question or just needed to talk things through. Sarah was thoughtful and gave us practical things she did to make our lives easier - like dropping off drinks and snacks during the chaos of the move. She focuses on providing the kind of real help that actually matters when you're moving, rather than just the typical cliche gift. Rachel kept things easy, answered any questions I had, and helped me find a home that meets my needs. Jamie went above and beyond to help us sell my father’s home!

When my father passed, it was my job, as executor to sell his home. Problem was I live in Nebraska and his house was in West Des Moines. Enter Jamie Silver who made the process as easy as possible. The house needed much repair and Jamie knew all the right people to get the job done which allowed us to get top dollar for the house. She was in constant communication with us, guided us through the whole process and celebrated with us when the house sold. I am very grateful for her help and knowledge and I highly recommend her to anyone who needs to sell their property. Jamie has a lot of energy and is so easy to work with!

Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful through the entire process.
