Steve and Rick Blackwell have a history of working together to sell homes across real-estate boundaries. Rick was our main contact. He and Steve helped us through the inspection and had businesses who could come and fix issues quickly so the sale could go through.

Rick is a family friend and has been for many years. When we needed to sell my parent's house, he did everything he could to make the process easy for me. Then shortly after, I needed to see my brother's house. Again, Rick stepped up and handled everything he could. I was in Florida and this made it difficult to be available for showings or even getting the home emptied, cleaned, and ready to put on the market.
