Steve and Rick Blackwell have a history of working together to sell homes across real-estate boundaries. Rick was our main contact. He and Steve helped us through the inspection and had businesses who could come and fix issues quickly so the sale could go through.

Steve was very helpful and communicative throughout the whole process of me purchasing my home!

I've known Steve for many years! He helped us through a long search for our condo and showed us great patience. He also found the person who bought our house! I didn't have to make double mortgage payments because of him!! He worked tirelessly for us. He is a very honest good patient man, you can trust him to help you too!
