Jodi Broadbent did an amazing job selling our land! She kept communication clear throughout the deal, and made the entire process hassle-free from listing to closing. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and highly recommend her services to anyone looking to sell property."

Betsy always knew answers to our questions or knew how to find the answer. She encouraged us to contact her whenever we needed and assured us we were “not bothering” her. She was always smiling and caring and helped us find peace of mind and patience when we were struggling a bit on the other side of our transaction. She maintained professionalism at the same time that she gave warmth and support. We would definitely recommend Betsy to anyone looking for a real estate agent!

Johanna was recommended to me by a close relative who worked previously with her. Johanna is professional, kind and easy to communicate with. Her style is to follow your desires and lead yet she gives recommendations when asked or required. I thoroughly enjoyed working with her as not being a native Iowan. She explained everything thoroughly and was always prompt in her responses. If I would choose another home in the area I would only want her to be my real estate agent. Thank you Johanna for making this an easy purchase.
