I loved going to showings with Latrice because her joyful personality is so infectious. Even if a house wasn't the right fit for us, she noted what we liked and what we didn't, and helped us readjust our wish list, desired neighborhood, and budget to help us find a house that is honestly perfect for us. Buying a house is a stressful purchase - and we decided to embark on it during the winter - but Latrice actually made it fun. Her knowledge of the market and negotiation suggestions were spot on, and we never felt like she was moving without our best interests in mind. I don't ever want to move again, but I would want to work with Latrice again! Highly recommend.
