She keeps herself well informed on upcoming changes in market and will do what’s best for you. Whether buying or selling the house

I was widowed at 43, and the only home I had ever purchased was an "as-is" house with no plumbing or appliances 22 years ago. My late husband was the one who could fix anything, so facing the process of selling that home and finding a new one felt overwhelming. Throughout it all, Jason was incredibly kind and patient through my many, many texts and questions. He guided me every step of the way while respecting my budget. He helped me navigate conversations with lenders, offered ethical and affordable suggestions for preparing my home to sell, and provided support not only to me but also to my two young adult children as they left the only home they had ever known. Jason has an exceptional eye for both style and functionality. While he could have suggested high-end upgrades and expensive fixes for both the old and new house, he also provided practical, budget-conscious options that worked for our family and our pets. He knew I wanted quality but also green space and quiet. I spent a short time as a Realtor myself, so I understand how the industry can sometimes operate. But Jason never treated the process like a game or a transaction. He didn't "play the game" of real estate; he coached, educated, and advocated. He made an incredibly difficult season of life feel manageable, and for that I will always be grateful. More than helping me buy and sell a house, Jason helped my family move forward with confidence and hope during one of the hardest chapters of our lives. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Catina is hands-down an exceptional realtor. She is extremely detail-oriented, highly organized, and always does exactly what she says she’s going to do. Whether it’s meeting deadlines, following up on complex details, or being on time for every appointment, she never misses a beat. Beyond her stellar work ethic, she is incredibly well-connected in the industry, which makes a huge difference throughout the entire process. If you want a proactive, reliable agent in your corner, I couldn't recommend Catina enough!
