Dawn did an amazing job with the sell and buy of our new house. She was very open and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We had never sold a home or bought a new build before and because she was so punctual and informative it made the process extremely easy. We were concerned that because Dawn works for Jerry’s homes we would run into a conflict of interest. However, this was not the case. It actually made the process that much easier as she has a direct contact with management. 10/10 would recommend Dawn to anyone. She makes things happen and I think it is awesome that she continues to stay in contact with us.

Dawn was on top of things with the property having a private roadway and an HOA agreement that covered the exterior of the home. The buyer had some special requests and Dawn's method of replying to and resolving these issues was top-notch! Dawn's recommendations for the services needed to close out the buyer request worked out very well. With me being remote for the closing Dawn and her teammate Julie went beyond expectations for the level of customer service! We would highly recommend Dawn for anyone needing to buy or sell their home.

Amanda was very professional and helpful,willing to drive out of her way to help us out. Took pictures for us, as we came from out of state. Always had a positive attitude.
