Real estate teams in Grimes

Narda has a vast experience in US real estate market, she was extremely thorough covering us in all angles, very easy to communicate, always available for any doubts that we had and also made excellent indications on trustworthy people for us to work with. We had a very long and exhaustive process of buying a home due to many problems with the construction company, she stood with us for over half a year and went above and beyond to help and make sure we wouldn’t have to deal with the stress they caused with countless delays and changes. I can’t thank Narda enough for all the help but what I can say is that Narda became a very dear friend.

When I first met with Nora and Jessica they were fully prepared with knowledge about the area and my mother's home and were ready to go. We quickly agreed on a plan to move forward, and they were very good about making everything go smoothly. Throughout the process they were very patient even when I was missing paperwork on my end, and they were knowledgeable and helpful in getting that taken care of. Also, because I had already emptied the home, they highly recommended staging the home. Well, it turned out beautiful and the best part was that it was included as part of the deal. I'm sure it helped in getting multiple offers the first day it was on the market. I can't thank Nora, Jessica and their team enough for a job well done!

We had a great experience working with Jessica to find our first home. She is extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient- she always made us feel like a priority!
