Chris consistently approached conversations, contracts, counterproposals, etc. with our best interests in mind. This property was also a multi-family, with multiple current tenants and a property manager involved; he did a great job owning communication between everyone and the buyer's realtor, including at times when the current tenants weren't so happy the property was being shown/sold, so we didn't have to step in. Even when a few curveballs came our way, he was proactive about pushing back or gathering the right information to ensure we were well taken care of. Overall, if you work with Chris and his team, you can feel confident they’ll look out for your best interests and watch out for you every step of the way.

Nora and Narda made a great team. Both were knowledgeable and held our hand the entire way. They also had great resources for contractors, which was extremely helpful as we had little projects to complete to get max sale price.

I believe the “sweet” spot in any company is being big enough to provide the service you need, but not too big you become just another number, and Home Sweet Des Moines is an excellent example of the Goldilocks option.
