This is the 3rd transaction that we have used Orlando for. Each time he has been patient and answered any questions we have had. He priced us perfectly to get us lots of traffic and multiple offers one the first day of the live listing! The entire transaction went smooth and and we ended up getting more than anticipated! He even went on vacation during the sale and still helped us by keeping in contact the entire time he was gone. Our new purchase was a for sale by owner but he still went out of his way to help us answer some questions we had on the process. He always goes above and beyond, and this is while we will always use him for all of our real estate needs. He is someone we always recommend to friends/family entering the market as a buyer or seller.
