Ernie communicated regularly and his knowledge of the Grand Blanc market helped expedite the sale. After the sale was complete he reached out to ensure we received our final deposit. He made himself available to get the house sold. We listed on 02/14/25 received an offer 02/28/25. We closed on 05/20/2025. Issues from our probate court and buyers sale of home prevented the original close date 03/28/2025. Ernie remained calm cool and confident the close would come to fruition! Highly recommend!!
