We’ve bought and sold a lot of houses but my experience was far beyond expectation. The time Ashley took to address our every concern and need was definitely above and beyond. She was always accessible and so easy to work with. She made the house buying experience a blast, especially during a stressful time for us. Our experience with Faye started with a recommendation from a neighbor. From there, we had an interview at the house where Faye & Ashley made a nice presentation. We interviewed a few Brokers and decided to go with Faye, based on the presentation, her past performance, and making commitments (that she exceeded in every case). I have been involved with the real estate business for over 45 years as a broker, purchasing & selling homes, industrial, retail, and management. I want to say that Faye is at the top of the list of all the people I have the pleasure of dealing with during my career. Her professionalism, honestly, and the need to make sure we were ok with the process every step of the way. Her caring about my Mom and our family goes above anyone would expect from a business transaction. Showings ranged from 7:30 am to after 8:00 pm. I know a lot of excellent brokers, but our choice in selecting the Awdish Team was the best decision our family could have made. Not only did Faye sell the house, but she was also there for any other needs that popped up. We are blessed that we have developed a wonderful relationship with the Awdish Family.
