We needed to find a new home in a hurry. We contacted Bob on a Sunday to arrange for a house showing on short notice. Bob not only came through for us, but also helped us negotiate a great price. I would highly recommend Bob , and we intend to use him again on our next home purchase!

In addition to being our past rental property landlord, Matt recently assisted my wife & I in purchasing our first home. Matt’s deep breadth of knowledge in the home-buying process and keen awareness for identifying, assessing and quantifying potential problems is a major asset that streamlined our experience. Matt acted as a trusted advisor and protected our best interests in both verbal negotiations and in how key documents were structured (inspection clause, offer/ PA, addendums, etc.). Having many years of experience in both realty and property management, Matt also has a deep bench of contractor recommendations, which we have found very helpful. Lastly, Matt stayed in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, while concurrently purchasing a new home of his own and managing the subletting of our prior rental with him. We highly recommend Matt and will only be looking to use him on future transactions.

Ravinder did an excellent job of finding this property for us and providing us with relevant comps and suggestions on the property. His services were prompt and professional. We will be using him and again and referring him to many more

Jenn was absolutely fantastic! I was the last offer on a competitive home and she was able to navigate me to close. I’m a numbers guy but she led and also listened. It was a great match and if you need someone to look out for your best interests I’d hire Jenn :). I mean I would again but I already bought a home and have no interest in another but I will say Jenn was great!
