I cannot say enough good. Almost as she’s to good:) Second home she’s sold for us and sold it in less than 2 hours of putting it up for sale. She walks us through every step and takes care of everything we need.

Wynne did an great job in arranging showings for properties we were interested in. This is especially true about the home we purchased. She did an excellent job in arranging for the presentation of our offer. Especially as houses are moving quickly in this area. We would highly recommend her.

Because I live in California, the communications and knowledge were excellent. There were issues that had to be resolved by agent in a timely fashion and she was so professional in handling them from Michigan and California.

He does not waste your time with properties he knows won't fit your needs or budget. He negotiated the best price for me, and did better than I thought possible! VERY professional, and caring. Always available to take my calls or to call me when he found something he knew I would be interested in. Truly went above and beyond making him the only realtor I would choose to do business with. Cannot recommend him enough, and have passed his information to everyone I know.

I had to move to a home before the home could go on the market, Wynne found places for furniture and donated to Habitat for me what was left. she took out the garbage every week, and donated items that were left, She communicated with me often and always asked before she moved stuff. she even was able to find stuff I was missing in my move and bring to me. The biggest thing is that she explained the process and found answers for my questions. When it came to pricing she was very thorough in the old fashioned way...she brought comps and broke them down as compared to my home. nothing fancy and not trting to impress me - just the facts which I appreciated. Wynne askd permisson to have a handyman come in and make some repairs and then she painted a few rooms for me. She was an angel to me, anyway. I could not think of anyone more real and professional.

There was an oil lease that was attached to the properties in the area, Mary dug into it and figured out it was not an issue that I had to worry about.

Wynne sold my house in 3 days. And got the best price as well. Her guidance and professional experience made that possible. I cannot thank her enough for all she did for me.
