Thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Schoolcraft on the sale of my house. Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, thorough, and effective. He was also extremely adept at handling curveballs and odd things calmly and with aplomb. Throughout it all, he kept me informed and my blood pressure normal. The best work Mr. Schoolcraft did during the whole process was at closing - I was in Southeast Asia at that time, and Dave juggled countless balls and put out more than a few fires helping me complete the paperwork and execute the close from 8100 miles and 11 time zones away.
