After my brother died we knew we needed to sell his house in Lansing. His house was packed with his much treasured collections from vintage vases to power tools. The house was full from top to bottom. What made it so difficult was that the house was in Lansing and I live in the Detroit area. I was dreading the entire process. Then we met Tim. Without Tim and his knowledge of the housing market and how best to present the house we would not have done well. I ended up with a significant amount that I did not expect. During all of this my family was struggling through some very trying times. Fortunately we had Tim on our side. He understood the emotional toll that losing my brother and dealing with all the difficulties that came our way was having on me and my children.
