Tim went above and beyond to help sell and buy two homes for us. He coordinated multiple contractors and made sure to get us the best rate. He even patched some holes in the siding himself. He is great at communicating and patient with picky home buyers.

After my brother died we knew we needed to sell his house in Lansing. His house was packed with his much treasured collections from vintage vases to power tools. The house was full from top to bottom. What made it so difficult was that the house was in Lansing and I live in the Detroit area. I was dreading the entire process. Then we met Tim. I feel he went way above and beyond to help us do all the things that needed doing before the house could go on the market. Without Tim and his knowledge of the housing market and how best to present the house we would not have done well. I ended up with a significant amount that I did not expect. During all of this my family was struggling through some very trying times. Fortunately we had Tim on our side. He understood the emotional toll that losing my brother and dealing with all the difficulties that came our way was having on me and my children.
