Working with Tim to find our home in Mason was a great experience. Tim is very knowledgeable in the reality field! He always keeps us informed of what is happening and will call periodically just to “check in”! We had this comfort level about him from the first meeting which made all the subsequent ones feel like he had our back! Five stars all the way. Tim Gale is an excellent real estate agent. He knows the market and he has proven methods to list or sell your home. There is no substitute for experience. He has so many professional sources that he uses to get your house ready to sell or to update your house once you buy. he listens well to his clients and does everything he can to accommodate their wishes. This is the second house that Tim Gale has listed for me. Both of them sold within 90 days. I would highly recommend Tim Gale to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. You will not be disappointed.

Great communication about how to prepare a property for sale by giving pointers on what sellers are seeking. Extremely knowledgeable about current market value and trends. Follow through expert with follow up calls and emails to make sure we understood the current conditions and situations. Professional that is always willing to continue build relationships and share his knowledge even if there is not a home to sale. Not only is he our realtor but we consider him our friend because of the years of loyalty that he has shown to our family.
