Fast to respond when we had questions, quick to get us into showings, had someone on standby to show us houses when he went on vacation, etc. We thought we were being annoying with how many houses we wanted to see constantly, but he always obliged and was patient with us while we were being picky. He even paid for our locks to be changed after we closed on the house! I'd recommend Tim to anybody looking to buy (or sell) a home.

He has so many professional sources that he uses to get your house ready to sell or to update your house once you buy. he listens well to his clients and does everything he can to accommodate their wishes. This is the second house that Tim Gale has listed for me. Both of them sold within 90 days. I would highly recommend Tim Gale to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. You will not be disappointed.
