We never had to wait around or remind him. We looked at houses all over the Detroit metro area, from Ferndale and Royal Oak to Grosse Pointe, St. Clair Shores, and everywhere in between. He was knowledgeable about pretty much every area we visited and always gave us honest opinions. During showings he would point out the good and the bad, warned us about expensive issues or things that could become a problem later, and never tried to sell us on a house just to make a sale. Overall, he made the whole process much easier than we expected. He was easy to work with, honest, professional, and always looking out for our best interest.
