My mother passed away in January and I had to put her house on the market. I have known Jennifer for a long time and need someone I could trust to help me with getting it sold. I live in Pennsylvania, so it is not easy to keep an eye on the property, and find people/companies to do the things that are needed to get the house sold. She always kept in touch with me, letting me know what people said about the house when there was a showing and things that needed to be done. She helped me find companies so I could get the property cleaned up. She even checked on the house for me when there was bad weather and I needed to know if everything was ok with it. She went beyond what any realtor I have had in the past for my own properties that I sold and I greatly appreciate what she did for me with my mom's house. I highly recommend her, just due to all the work she did to make the process easy for me.
