Jenn's experience, professionalism and expertise in the industry and specifically this market is unparalleled. We had a somewhat unique situation in which I live out of state from the property I was looking to sell, also this was an Estate sale, and therefore there were some nuances involved in the paper work and signing of final docs. That said, with Jenn's help it was a completely seamless process with zero hiccups or issues. Also the timeframe in which I was looking to sell, was around Christmas and the market was generally slow. We took Jenn's advice on listing price and timeline of listing, and had multiple offers over asking within hours of listing, and closed within weeks. Beyond her professionalism, she is just a down to earth person who is easy to work with. She also takes the time to understand your pain points in the process and puts you at ease. 10/10 WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As first time homebuyers, we were incredibly lucky to have Jen. Her knowledge goes far beyond just the market and home buying process - she also taught us the ins and outs of home systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc) which was invaluable. She was always kind and patient, and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. And her interpersonal skills cannot be understated - she always made great connections with the selling agents, which definitely gave our offers an edge.
