Missie is extremely experienced in the real estate world. She helped me sell and buy simultaneously and made the process as smooth as could be. She communicates on time, efficiently works with all parties in the transaction to move things along and ensures her clients are happy along the way! She was available when we needed her, happy and excited to help and gave us advice whenever we asked. She is the best! You're in good hands working with Missie.

Missie is an excellent communicator who fights for her clients and their needs. She was very thorough in finding the perfect showings that fit our wishlist. She was supportive and encouraging when our first offer fell through due to the competitive nature of the current market. It didn’t take her long to find the perfect home for us, and after our next offer was accepted she negotiated with the sellers to ensure things we found at inspection were fixed prior to closing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market given her years of experience and definitely knows how to make your offer stand out. The closing process went very smoothly and Stephanie her teammate helped guide us through the final stages with ease. We used Missie to buy our first home 4 years ago, and called her right away when we were ready to find our new home. We have already recommended her to our friends who are looking to buy their first homes and are excited to work with her as first time sellers. Thank you - Missie and Stephanie. You two are rockstars!

Missie helped me buy my first ever home and she was super knowledgeable and taught me a lot. She got me into a great home at a great price and helped me write super competitive offers. I will be using her services the next time I buy or sell!
