Working with David was a breeze and a delight. He was a pleasure from start to finish, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process. He explained the entire process of prepping our house for sale, what to expect during the selling process, and closing in an effective manner. David provided us with comps of the area, recommendations to help improve our chance of sale, and helped us coordinate finding and scheduling specialists for any work needed (e.g. plumber to scope sewer line). He was communicative, receptive, and was always available for us to ask questions. If we could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would.
