Thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Schoolcraft on the sale of my house. Throughout the process he was knowledgeable, thorough, and effective. He was also extremely adept at handling curveballs and odd things calmly and with aplomb. Throughout it all, he kept me informed and my blood pressure normal. The best work Mr. Schoolcraft did during the whole process was at closing - I was in Southeast Asia at that time, and Dave juggled countless balls and put out more than a few fires helping me complete the paperwork and execute the close from 8100 miles and 11 time zones away. Definitely the "above and beyond" treatment one hopes to find in an Agent. Would/will use him and his admirable talents in future when next I need realty services.

Working with David was a breeze and a delight. He was a pleasure from start to finish, and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process. He explained the entire process of prepping our house for sale, what to expect during the selling process, and closing in an effective manner. David provided us with comps of the area, recommendations to help improve our chance of sale, and helped us coordinate finding and scheduling specialists for any work needed (e.g. plumber to scope sewer line). He was communicative, receptive, and was always available for us to ask questions. If we could give him more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor - and we already have referred our friends and family to him! Thank you, David, for making this process pain-free and easy.

David did wonders for me when it came to house buying. As a first time home buyer in a difficult market, Dave took the time to treat me as a son. He was patient, understanding, and educationally caring. He spoke to me with my interest in mind. Could not have asked for a better Realtor.
