Right away Dave was onboard … seeing that ours was more than a generic home with generic pricing Dave recognized the quality and uniqueness of our home. He helped us price the home to capture this value; when other realtors wouldn’t do this Then to attract the right buyers, he put together an outstanding video and photo presentation of the house. He guided us through preparation of the home, to make sure it put its best foot forward. With the proper Pre-work done, the home sold the first day. After the sale and before closing; Dave stayed on the job. With only a short time before closing, Dave was there to lend a helping hand. For example, bringing me more packing boxes and taking stuff to Goodwill; saving me valuable time as we prepared to move out. Every hour counted at that point he was right by our side to help where he could.
