We are well out of Dave’s normal listing area but because he was so highly recommended we got him to list our house for us. He was extremely patient and getting our house on the market as we had a few unexpected delays. Everything was so professionally done right up to the pictures it was just amazing. I could make this a very long review but I don’t have to. How do you judge how good a Broker/Agent is? He sold our house in 3 days for well over what we could have ever expected. David did all of this while he was supposed to be on vacation. He took all the time we needed to advise us and answer every question we had. That’s dedication to your client. The process from listing the closing was so smooth he actually made it a pleasure to sell our house. David followed through all the way to the closing and was there with us to insure we were comfortable during the entire process. What did I expect from a superior broker? Professionalism, knowledge, communication, follow through and advisement on all levels. He proved that and more to make the process smooth and seamless. He’s absolutely one of the best Brokers in Michigan so if you get the opportunity to work with him do it immediately.
