David did an excellent job in the pre-sale on line presentation and marketing of our residence. He worked with an excellent photographer to compile a marketing scheme and presentation for both Realtor.com and Zillow. Once the house was on the market David immediately held an open house and arranged for showings to prospective buyers. During this time we appreciated David’s calm, professional manner in dealing with both other realtors as well as ourselves. It was with pleasure that we accepted an offer for full price and terms, especially after just 4 days.

David brought in professional photographers to enhance the quality of our listing. He arranged and personally worked multiple open houses to further the awareness of the property. There was feedback on the open houses to keep us informed as to the perceptions of potential buyers. He travelled the neighborhood knowing potential buyers are usually in the immediate area.
