As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have someone with full a range of knowledge not just of the housing market but of all the little things that go with buying a home as well. Tim was everything we needed in a realtor and more. We worked with Tim for about 4 months and he never slowed down. Our work schedules were crazy and he didn't miss a beat.
