Tim was very professional and very knowlegdeable when it comes to realty. He helped my husband and I find out first starter home. We welcomed his advise and recommendations. He was great to work with and I would recommend him to everybody!

We had such a great experience with Tim! He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was almost like a dad during the home buying process, pointing out things to look for, explaining how something could be fixed, and letting us know whether it would be a simple fix or something more expensive. Even after we closed, he continued to go above and beyond. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift and even had all of the locks on our new home changed for us. He is such a genuinely sweet guy who really takes care of his clients and is always there to answer questions, even after you’ve bought your home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

We've worked with him twice now. One buying, and one selling. Both experiences were excellent. His negotiations were honest and trustworthy. He understood our interests and exceeded our expectations. We will use him again without hesitation. We'd recommend him to anyone interested in buying or selling. He is only a phone call or txt away. Thanks again Tim :)
