As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have someone with full a range of knowledge not just of the housing market but of all the little things that go with buying a home as well. He has so many professional sources that he uses to get your house ready to sell or to update your house once you buy. he listens well to his clients and does everything he can to accommodate their wishes. This is the second house that Tim Gale has listed for me. Both of them sold within 90 days. I would highly recommend Tim Gale to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. You will not be disappointed.
