As first time home buyers, it was important to us to have someone with full a range of knowledge not just of the housing market but of all the little things that go with buying a home as well. He has so many professional sources that he uses to get your house ready to sell or to update your house once you buy. he listens well to his clients and does everything he can to accommodate their wishes. Great communication about how to prepare a property for sale by giving pointers on what sellers are seeking. Extremely knowledgeable about current market value and trends. Follow through expert with follow up calls and emails to make sure we understood the current conditions and situations. Professional that is always willing to continue build relationships and share his knowledge even if there is not a home to sale. Not only is he our realtor but we consider him our friend because of the years of loyalty that he has shown to our family.
