Working with Tim to find our home in Mason was a great experience. Tim is very knowledgeable in the reality field! He always keeps us informed of what is happening and will call periodically just to “check in”! He has so many professional sources that he uses to get your house ready to sell or to update your house once you buy. he listens well to his clients and does everything he can to accommodate their wishes. Great communication about how to prepare a property for sale by giving pointers on what sellers are seeking. Extremely knowledgeable about current market value and trends. Follow through expert with follow up calls and emails to make sure we understood the current conditions and situations. Professional that is always willing to continue build relationships and share his knowledge even if there is not a home to sale. Not only is he our realtor but we consider him our friend because of the years of loyalty that he has shown to our family.

Tim went above and beyond to help sell and buy two homes for us. He coordinated multiple contractors and made sure to get us the best rate. He even patched some holes in the siding himself. He is great at communicating and patient with picky home buyers.

Tim was very helpful. He did video walkthroughs for me when I wasn't able to be there and was very good at digging up potentially useful information that wasn't in the listing. Fully willing to walk away from a deal, which saved me at least once. We had a great experience working with Tim. Not only did he do a great job helping us to find properties in the right price range, with the features we desired, he was also very knowledgeable regarding heating/cooling, electrical, plumbing etc. He was fun to work with, sewing humor and a light-hearted approach into what had the potential to be a very stressful situation.
