It turned out that the home had a blockage only three feet down the line and we got the seller to pay the $2000 to fix the broken segment of pipe. He was also so patient with the various bumps in the road - many of my own creation - like trying to figure out if we could fix the fireplace and problem-solving closing day with a spouse working in California. Tim was proactive about making sure absolutely everything was perfect and I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a strong advocate that will be patient and respectful with your anxieties and hesitations.
