Now I'm writing this from the comfort of my new living room in a home with just about the most perfect location I could ask for. After the bid, he saved us a headache down the line by strongly recommending we get a sewer scope in addition to the standard inspection. It turned out that the home had a blockage only three feet down the line and we got the seller to pay the $2000 to fix the broken segment of pipe. He was also so patient with the various bumps in the road - many of my own creation - like trying to figure out if we could fix the fireplace and problem-solving closing day with a spouse working in California. Tim was proactive about making sure absolutely everything was perfect and I couldn't recommend him more to anyone looking for a strong advocate that will be patient and respectful with your anxieties and hesitations.

Tim helped us buy a house in 2013 after looking for months. So when we were ready to sell it in 2021 and buy a house up north, he was there ready to go. Tim put up with our wants which wasn't much. A house north of Clair and East of 27. He showed us dozens of homes in at least 20 cities before finding the ONE. He sold our home in Eaton Rapids and helped buy the one up north. Not sure hiw many realtors would of done that. Tim also keeps in touch with us. Hopefully we'll never haver to move again, but if so.. Tim....

Tim knows a lot of the little tricks a home buyer probably wouldn't even think about. He's a great guide to have alongside you as you search for a new home and really helps take care of things when the stress is high and deadlines are coming quick. When starting the process of putting your house up for sale, I knew I chose the right agent for the job. Tim starts right out with photographing the whole house for an online virtual tour which turned out awesome! We were able to sell in a timely matter, at full asking price and he made every step as easy as possible.
