Tim went above and beyond to help sell and buy two homes for us. He coordinated multiple contractors and made sure to get us the best rate. He even patched some holes in the siding himself. He is great at communicating and patient with picky home buyers.
Tim was very helpful. He did video walkthroughs for me when I wasn't able to be there and was very good at digging up potentially useful information that wasn't in the listing. Fully willing to walk away from a deal, which saved me at least once. After my brother died we knew we needed to sell his house in Lansing. His house was packed with his much treasured collections from vintage vases to power tools. The house was full from top to bottom. What made it so difficult was that the house was in Lansing and I live in the Detroit area. I was dreading the entire process. Then we met Tim. From that moment on a burden was lightened. He came in and helped us to navigate all that needed to be done. We knew he was only a phone call away, which was a comfort. A very reachable man. I feel he went way above and beyond to help us do all the things that needed doing before the house could go on the market. He explained all the details about putting a house up for sale and what was best for us to do to get the most out the sale. That turned out to be much more than we expected. Tim supervised the necessary repairs and cosmetic work on the house. Impossible for me to do from a distance. Without Tim and his knowledge of the housing market and how best to present the house we would not have done well. I ended up with a significant amount that I did not expect. During all of this my family was struggling through some very trying times. Fortunately we had Tim on our side. He understood the emotional toll that losing my brother and dealing with all the difficulties that came our way was having on me and my children. We are forever grateful to a very kind and compassionate man.
