This was our first time buying a home, so we had a lot of questions along the way. Celeste was very patient, really listened to us, and took the time to explain everything step by step, so we always knew what came next. Her experience showed in how well she knew the process, what to look out for, and how quickly she handled things whenever something came up. She was also very easy to reach, answered our calls no matter the time of day, and always gave us the space to make our own decisions. She was professional throughout, but also very personable and easy to work with. We always felt like she genuinely cared about helping us.
