We were going through a VA loan and Rachel was assigned to us and I am so glad she was. We were buying from another state and were potentially buying a house unseen. But Rachel made the process very easy and less scary with every follow up . She would immediately go out and take detailed videos of any house we were even remotely interested in and gave us her honest opinion on everything. She was very responsive and answered all of our crazy questions (with us being first time homebuyers, there were a lot of questions. lol) she was patient with us and walked us through the whole process.
