Heather is all about customer service and will go the extra mile for her client to have a successful transaction. She is very knowledgeable of the El Paso area.

Heather was truly incredible, we found her name on a random Reddit thread, and I am so grateful that I called her and worked with her. She got the feel of our family and what we wanted very quickly, and then was extremely adept at helping us find what we needed, including being extremely vigilant of the markets, and finding our home for us as soon as it was listed. She spoke kindly with our young children on every visit, and played in read books with them while we were signing paperwork at the title company. Five star experience, I highly recommend Heather to anyone who is looking, but especially those who want to have an enjoyable family experience, finding a home.

Heather is friendly and very knowledgeable of the real estate market in El Paso. It was evident as we moved through the buying process. From the start she was focused on our home needs, i.e., the type house and price range we were considering. She provided us many options with in our guidelines and didn't deviate. She was always patient even though we visited quite a few homes. She provided lots of guidance and advise on all areas: the homes we visited, the purchasing process and loan process. She made the home buying experience stress free and fun. We are most pleased to have worked with her.
