When our closing date got pushed from the title and lending company dropping the ball on documentation, she relentlessly pressed on the title/lending companies and kept everyone coordinated to make sure the new timeline held so it didn't derail our move. Even at the last minute, she fought for and got us expedited funding so that we were not left standing with movers who had a full truck of our belongings ready to unload to our new home.
