we bought a house and moved out prior to putting our existing house on the market Followed Rachel's recommendations on getting the house ready for sale once we were out. She got the house photographed and it was put on the market with a boost. We had an offer in less than seven days and closed in about five weeks. Overall a great experience all the way through ! We met Matt and Rachel Ludeman by accident at an open house they were hosting and shortly met with them to have them help us find a house on the west side of El Paso. They helped us schedule visits to several properties until we found the right one. Very energetic, patient and efficient at getting things done. We now have a wonderful new home and in a short time had our old house prepped and ready to be listed. Our first offer came in a week. I can’t say enough about them as they have been great to work with, very responsive, extremely knowledgeable and in tune with home values/pricing in our area (as well as a lot of fun). Ms. Ludeman is a consummate professional. She works for a highly regarded real-estate firm. Our buying situation made her job ten times harder and she never faltered. Always found a path forward and did so with grace and humor. Her work ethic is off the charts. Well worth our money. That is the short story. The long story is we were relocating to El Paso from out of state. She found a realtor to sell our existing home (out of state) who also did an amazing job. This home purchase in EP is our retirement home so we wanted the diamond in the rough. We came to town twice in the process and everything else we did remotely. That is difficult. And we literally viewed over 40 homes in the process. Nearly every single home in the target area. We made offers on several homes only to miss out at the last minute. Nothing was typical about our transaction, always requiring more effort. Ms. Ludeman found solutions, never gave up, and is the reason our purchase was completed in the area we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with. Cost to value, she is a winner. Well worth every penny and she did it professionally, and with a smile. I never want to move again, and i would not, without Ms. Ludeman as our realtor.

Rachel didn’t miss a single detail on both of of the sales of our properties. When things were slow, she was coming up with strategies. She communicated very effectively, worked tirelessly, and ultimately got us the best deals on both of our properties, making them seamless and incredibly easy, despite the fact that we were in a different state.
