Working with Thela Briffa was a great experience. She sold my house on the first open house. We had 3 offers ad it sold above asking price. It was actually fun as she used AI to stage my house and saved me a lot of money. She had contractors and specialist to fix things after the inspection. I didn't have to go looking for someone to fix the problems. Very reliable people also. I followed all her recommendations which were reasonable.
